1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Intrabase platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Opengea SCCL (hereinafter, "Opengea") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes with reasonable prior notice.
2. Service description
Intrabase is an all-in-one cloud management platform that offers, among others, the following features:
- Professional email
- Cloud file storage and management
- Invoicing and accounting
- Contact management and CRM
- Planning and task management
- Internal communication and collaboration
3. User accounts and responsibilities
To use the Service, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
- All activities carried out under your account.
- Immediately notifying any unauthorised use of your account.
- Ensuring that your account information is up to date.
4. Acceptable use policy
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Illegal activities or activities that infringe on third-party rights.
- Sending unsolicited email (spam) or communications.
- Distributing malicious software or harmful code.
- Attempting to access accounts or systems without authorisation.
- Storing or distributing illegal content.
- Intentionally overloading the Service infrastructure.
Opengea reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate this policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Intrabase platform, including its design, code, trademarks and original content, is the property of Opengea SCCL. Use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights over the platform.
The content you create or store on Intrabase remains your property. Opengea does not claim any ownership rights over your data.
6. Service availability
Opengea strives to maintain a Service availability of 99.9% (SLA target). However:
- Scheduled maintenance interruptions may occur, which will be communicated in advance.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be available uninterrupted at all times.
- In the event of an incident, we will work to restore the service as soon as possible.
Third-party integrations
Intrabase offers optional connectors to third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Contacts and Google Drive. Enabling them requires the user to connect their own account and give their consent, and the following conditions apply:
- These integrations depend on third-party services, quotas and policies that Opengea does not control, and may change, be restricted or stop working without notice.
- Google limits the number of users who can connect to an application that has not completed its verification process (currently 100 per application). When connecting, a Google notice may appear stating that the application has not been verified.
- If that limit is exceeded, or if Google changes its requirements, the customer may need to provide their own OAuth credentials, which requires having Google Workspace or Cloud Identity with their own domain.
- The Google Contacts import is one-way and does not constitute a backup of your data.
- These integrations are not covered by the availability target stated above, as their operation does not depend on Opengea alone.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Opengea shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
- Opengea's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the 12 months prior to the incident.
- Opengea is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions.
8. Termination and cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. In the event of cancellation:
- Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to recover your account.
- After that period, data will be permanently deleted.
- You may request the export of your data before cancellation.
Opengea may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in serious cases.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
